- This wine exhibits forward classical Napa Valley Cabernet aromas and flavors of ripe red berries with notes of smoky bacon, framed by firm tannins. It will pair well with rich meat dishes, such as Steak au Roquefort, Beef Bourgignon, or Tournedos Rossini.
