Hundred and ten years of vinegrowing starter at the end of 1800 when Francesco Marcato bought the first 3 hectares of vineyards in Roncà. Afetr few years he started to produce also the white wine Soave with the Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Meanwhile the family grew and from the marriage of the son Giuseppe it was started at new generation of grapegrowers and winemakers Francesco, Giovanni e Lino. In those year 1969 the first bottles of wine Soave e Recioto di Soave were bottled and sold. Moreover, the estate was growing and becoming more then ten hectares only for white whine and for a new lines of sparkling made with the Durello’s grape in a new estate named “i Prandi” and the Soave Classico in a new 5 hectares estates named “Tenuta Barche”. In the 1991, was increased the property in a new land on the Berici hills where they started to produce premium red wines made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Tocai Rosso.
