Marc Hébrart Brut Champagne Sélection NV

Winemaker's Notes:

The non-vintage Selection, a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, reveals a deep, intense nose of spring onions and mineral liqueur. This Champagne has loads of depth, richness, concentration, and length. It is silky-textured, medium-bodied, and sports a long finish.

Robert Parker 91 Points Made from Pinot Noir this wine has a mature biscuity nose and a full clean palate with hints of ripe apple. A fantastic champagne and an amazingly low price for 1er Cru! Enjoy! Marc Hébrart and his wife started making Champagne in 1963, adding to the land little by little due to the high price of land in Champagne. In 1983, their son Jean-Paul started his own small production. In 1997 the family created E.A.R.L. Champagne Hébrart by merging the two enterprises together, making Jean-Paul the director of the company. Their land now covers 12.5 hectares over 65 plots at Oiry and Chouilly which are Grand Cru terroirs, and Mareuil-sur-Ay, Bisseuil and Avenay-Val-d’Or which are Premier Cru terroirs. In the vineyard, natural methods are used rather than insecticides. Grapes : 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Region : France / Champagne AOC Maker : Jean Paul Hebrart Notes : A very elegant Champagne that has a fine mousse, with a lovely, fine and biscuity character on the nose and palate which lasts through to the finish. Serve : This Champagne from France should be chilled, not iced and is perfect for celebrating great occasions. ABV : 12%
