Classy an classic Manzanilla. Pale gold, gem clear. Aroma of sweet almonds and salt air. Little to no oxidation evident in the nose or on the tongue. Clean, clear passionfruit in the mid-palate followed by bracingly dry finish of lime, salt? Very refreshing.

From the prestigious Lustau house comes a light, dry and refreshing Manzanilla, full of yeasty, lemony, nutty aromas and that characteristic whiff of the Atlantic. Serve chilled, it's a great apéritif and perfect with shellfish.
