Winemakers Notes
Soft and elegant fruit aromas of raspberry, blueberry, and brambleberry harmonize with soft vanilla and eucalyptus tones. Notes of black pepper and cassis lie hidden in the depth of the wine. Silky textures along with bold cherry and plums flavors lead to the crescendo of spicy finish of our cabernet grapes.

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.
