The exceptional fragrance of Mankas Hills Vineyards grapes is reflected in this gorgeous rosé with silky and refreshing texture, reminiscent of a vintage sparkling wine. Scents of ripe melon, berry, vanilla, oak and eucalyptus blend with complex flavors of watermelon, strawberry and fresh berries lingering in your mouth just short of forever. Refrigerate well. When you are ready to serve, allow the wine to rest for 5 minutes at room temperature. The flavors and aromas will dramatically change as the temperature of the wine increases. Enjoy!”
