Food Pairings for Manifesto Sauvignon Blanc Suisun Valley
Though it ages on fine lees for 4 or 5 months in tank, it tastes and smells distinctive right away: lemon zest, orange cream and kiwi in the nose; Meyer lemon, green apple, all kinds of citrus, and that darn orange creamsicle character again in the mouth. All this carried through by a bright, crisp acidity that stands up to foods many red wines even run away from.
