Winemaker's Notes:

The Malvasia is an ancient aromatic variety in the Piedmont region. The area of production is limited to the lower part of the Monferrato Astigiano-Castelnuovo Don Bosco district. The color is cherry red.It has extremely pleasant and immediate scent, with floreal notes- wild flowers,rose-and raspberry. The taste is sweet, aromatic, fruity and reminds f sour black cherry and strawberry. The Malvasia is a fine wine to drink chilled. It is perfect for parties and goes well with fruit tarts, ice cream and red fruit.Serving chilled at 3°/5°C.
