One of my favourite cabs. It is dark, with a slightly earthy aroma. It is pleasant and smooth to the taste, but does not linger long. This spicy red wine has an echo of roasted bell peppers. I imagine it would go excellently with sphaghetti and Italian sausage.

Sauternes are the aristocrats of dessert wines, and this traditional blend of Sauvignon Blanc (70%) and Sémillon (30%) is a classic example. This wine has subtle honey-laced sweetness on the palate and a refreshing bouquet of white flowers and apricot. It finished light and sweet with a lovely hint of citrus. Serve cool, but not overly chilled with cheeses or dessert. In Europe, a glass of Sauternes is often served as an aperitif before a meal!

A deep red with an active, complex nose of red and black fruits. Its flavor is elegantly smooth and well-balanced, with lengthy berry notes that last for a pleasant finish. Goes well with sharp cheeses, red meats, and game.
