My Rating 87: This wine is well balanced with a firm acidity backbone. Nose is well balanced with smoky notes. For a good price You should try it. Nothing great but drinkable
Another nice example of Beaujolais. Color is purple, not very dark. On the nose a lot of strawberries and cherries. On the palate silky, red berries continue bursting their aromas into the mouth, a little spicy. Very good wine for summer BBQ or enjoy it on a deck with sunset.
A rather dull wine from Burgundy. It did not have the fruit I would expect from a beaujolais wine. It felt flat.
Lovely light yet flavorful wine. Tastes like you are drinking cherries. Wonderful!
Aromas of red fruit. Flavors of red cherry, strawberries, and a touch of pepper. Decent balance with nice acidity and only a hint of tannins- though a bit thin. Should be even better next year.

Pour this light, clean, cherry-fruited Beaujolais on a picnic with landjaeger sausages.
Full and generous dark cherry flavors make this a potent, relatively large-scale Beaujolais. The finish contrasts sweetness with the bite of resinous tannin, offering potential to develop over the next year.
Light-bodied red and black cherry fruit with a violet note as well. Slightly earthy, firm finish. Drink now.
Beaune-based Louis Jadot has upgrades its Beaujolais operations in recent years, seeing an opportunity for growth. The 2002 vintage of its flagship Beaujolais, Château des Jacques, hasn't been released yet, but this fine Beaujolais-Villages shows that the commitment to quality is real. The glass overflows with blackberry and black cherry aromas, while in the mouth the wine is clean, fresh and charming.

Strong red purple colour. Fresh red fruits on the nose with a hint of dark cherry. Slightly spicy with a touch of grey pepper, liquorice and a touch of rose flower. The whole wine is very well balanced with a nice acidity and the tannins presence on the finish invites food pairing such as with Terrines, Charcuteries, Grilled red meat, white fish, cheese or simply as the sole wine of a meal.
