This Sauvignon Blanc displays grapefruit flavors, bracing acidity, fresh mouth feels that make it a terrific aperitif and an excellent accompaniment to virtually all seafood, especially shellfish. Expressive wine, fresh, very aromatic. 7% aged in oak barrels.
