When we first harvested Vermentino four years ago it would have been difficult to predict that this austere varietal would become one of our most sought after wines. Beautifully balanced with delicate floral aromas and underlying layers of stone fruit, this wine is a perfect example of what this vineyard can produce with mother natures help. This crisp and clean sipper exhibits refreshing acidity making it the perfect partner for oysters, ceviche, seared scallops, or your favorite lighter fare. Serve slightly chilled and then simply allow the character of the wine to speak for itself.
