Food Pairings for Mähler-Besse Jumilla Taja Reserva
We've been enjoying this Jumilla. It's complex, velvety and very drinkable.
Tried 1st in 3/09 with deep dish pizza (sausage, red pepper). Tried 2nd in 8/09 with eggplant in tomato sauce, then with ribeye and potato. Color dark ruby. Fruit, dark cherry; spice, white pepper; finish little short; went well with food. Rate 89/100 or 3.5 glasses.
