Magnificent Wine Company White Blend Columbia Valley House Wine 2007
The Magnificent Wine Company C/O Precept Brands
Found this on sale at Cost Plus for $6.99. Even at full retail of $10.99 this is a great wine. None of those cheap wine cherry syrup flavors. This is a great wine with food or on its own. Not a fruit bomb, just a good, balanced, easy drinking, everyday pleaser. I did not get bored after the first glass which is really the true test of a value wine. I'm going out to buy a case this weekend.
I bought this because I love reds and the label was striking. Paid under $10. I was shocked at the taste of this Walla Walla Washington red. Fruity, earthy, a bit spicy and a wonderful finish with tannins to tickle your gums. Cannot believe this is priced so low. Well, I'm off to purchase a few more bottles. Lefty- The Great Pacific Northwest
This is another Charles Smith winner. The wine is full-flavored, and the tannins brush against spice and fruit. One could do worse at twice the price.

The Magnificent Wine Company Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2007 750ML
A kitchen-sink blend emphasizing cabernet, this solid red has scents of black cherry and a hint of smoke. Its flavors are dense and chewy, with plenty of chunky tannins to work with at your next barbecue.
Coming from the Blue Mountains of Walla Walla in Washington, this red blend delighted us as soon as we tried it. Made from Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc, the House Wine has brambly spice, licorice, and blackberries, with supple tannins and a velvet texture on the finish. The perfect red for grilled meats and strong cheeses.
(85% chardonnay, 10% riesling and 5% muscat) Pale color. Brisk aromas of lime, anise and mint. Supple and flavorful, with surprising texture but also a light touch to its lime, orange and underripe pineapple fruit notes. Finishes with good length. Very good value, and the best of a consistent line-up from Charles Smiths low-end label.
Silky, round and generous with its spicy, earthy plum and blackberry flavors, lingering nicely as the finish persists. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Drink now through 2010.
On the lighter side, showing lovely red berry and sweet red pepper flavors that settle gently onto a bed of silky tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Drink now through 2014. 60,000 cases made. -HS
