Dark red color in the glass. The nose of this wine shows dark fruit with an herbal element and a touch of mint. Once in the mouth one notes blackberry flavors along with a little spice, some vanilla, and a little oak as well. Somewhat full body. Moderate tannins, though they do seem a bit young at times. Decent length on the finish.

Muted nose of earth and some wood, with a hint of cherry. Aromas follow to the palate with much more gusto, ending in a nice black cherry and pepper finish.
This wine started off badly: harsh with too much alcohol. However, a little breathing and it opened up very nicely. Earthy, spicy, and a little oakey with some blackberry behind it. I'll definitely snag up a few more bottles.

Coming from the Blue Mountains of Walla Walla in Washington, this red blend delighted us as soon as we tried it. Made from Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc, the House Wine has brambly spice, licorice, and blackberries, with supple tannins and a velvet texture on the finish. The perfect red for grilled meats and strong cheeses.
