Maculan Pinot Blanc Blend Pino & Toi 2011
Pale lemon-green in color, Pino & Toi is intensely perfumed with floral and fruity aromas. Dry and zesty on the palate, this wine has a well-rounded structure and flavorful, long finish. Recommended as an aperitif, or with antipasti, pasta with shellfish, vegetable risotto and grilled white meats.
Thought this would be good with smoked salmon and tomato, zucchini, lemon pasta. Not so. Terry thought it would go better if the salmon were not over done. It was the re-heated salmon from the Lake Powell trip.
This is ok for the $10 I paid for it. A little bitter, reminds me of everything else I've tried that is white, Italian, blended, and $10.
not too fruity and not too sweet. well balanced and delicious for the price especially with fish and sunchokes
Very good balanced white. Good value.

Refreshing with hints of citrus. Excellent balance between ripeness, acidity and structure. Recommended as an aperitif, with antipasti, pasta and light white meats. Also excellent with seafood. Made from 60% Tocai, 25% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Grigio
A remarkably light-bodied, refreshing, crisp white made from a blend of 25% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Gris, and 60% Tocai, Maculan's 2003 possesses loads of fruit, light body, and a refreshing, perfumed style. Consume it over the next 12 months.
The crisp, fresh, acidic 2005 Pinot & Toi reveals notes of grapefruits and lemon zest in its light-bodied personality. A blend of 60% Tocai, 25% Pinot Blanc, and 15% Pinot Gris, it should be enjoyed during its first year of life.
This blended white combines Tocai Friulano (60%) with Pinot Bianco (25%) and Pinto Grigio (15%) in a tasty, corpulent wine well worth its modest price. Bold flavors of oranges, pink grapefruits and ripe cherries mingle in the mouth.
The color of whipped butter, very bright with aromas of almonds and grapefruit. Although light to medium bodied this wine is ripe and full of tropical fruits, floral notes and a creamy texture. Interesting blend of 60% Tocai (of Veneto, not to be confused with the sweet white, Tokay from Hungary, 15% Pinot Grigio and 25% Pinot Bianco (Pinot Blanc). Excellent quality with nicely contrasting rich flavors on a bright, refreshing frame.
