"amorous" Lodi Appellation. Sangiovese in the Lodi appellation will someday be a Star! Strong words for a fairly obsure grape in a Zinfandel dominated area, but mark my words, Lodi will someday be known as West Coast Chianti; yielding wines with a rich, concentrated mouth feel and crisp acids that let the fruit shine.
