Deeply colored with aromas of caramel, cinnamon and mint, this full-bodied wine has mellow flavor, depth and an attractive finish. Enjoy with grilled veal chops or chicken livers sautéed with mushrooms and madeira.

Ripe and ready, with a rich, syrupy nose. Just right on the palate, where bold dark-fruit flavors are supported by lively tannins and just enough acid. Spice and coffee on the finish, with ample oak.
Solid red currant and black cherry flavors are augmented by modest toast and hints of vanilla, herbs and briar. Juicy finish opens up nicely. Terrific value. Drink now through 2006.
Another winner from renowned Chilean producer Montes! Lovely dusty, blueberries, plums and spice aromas and flavors. Its medium-bodied palate was opulent and silky, intertwined with a hedonistic mouthfeel, and a nice freshness, all coming together on the finish. Yum!
Smells nice, with notes of leather and earth accenting the deep fruit that drives the bouquet. The palate is perfectly ripe and full of cassis and berry flavors, while the finish is jazzed up by touches of coffee, char and baked fruit. Shows a fine texture and grip that goes beyond what you normally get in a wine of this price.
Spicy and woody, with a pungency on the nose. The round palate is full of red-berry fruit and a fair amount of supporting oak. That wood is confirmed on the finish, where things turn a bit buttery and rich. Fortunately some lively tannins and cleansing acids keep things from getting bogged down. A good everyday Cab.
The wine?s voluptuous aroma suggests a combination of black cherry, raspberry, plum, pepper, black currant, and wild strawberries. Intense flavor. A well-balanced wine with medium body, a velvety palate and a long, refined finish. The wine?s intense flavor lends it to be served with classic cuts of beef on the grill, leg of lamb, filet of beef Tampique¤a, or to the strong flavors of game and such aged cheeses as camembert, Manchego and parmesan. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
