'The Trincher Napa Valley winery is a work of art unto itself- -the perfect place to craft our new luxury wines. As an architect, this Project has been especially meaningful to me. No detail was overlooked and we worked tirelessly to not only malce this a great functioning winery, but to also make it a place for friends and family to gather'
Nice cassis and a slight earthy component on both the nose and palate. Much less over the top and tannic than many napa cabs.
External Reviews for M.Trinchero Cabernet
Rating: 89/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the August 2010 issue. Quite simply the deepest, best filled and most interesting wine of the Trinchero lot, this well-balanced effort exhibits a nice array of pepper and slightly sweet spice set atop its very solid varietal fruit. Supple in feel and firmed by carefully fit tannins, it shows a sense of refinement where its siblings do not, and it seems a sure bet to gain in beauty if cellared over the next five or six years.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Cellar for future drinking. Wine will improve with bottle aging.
