Winemaker's Notes:

Perfumed aromas of apple, pear, white flowers and herbs. Concentrated, rich and still quite primary; really dense with material. Flavors of apple, hay and nut skin. Tastes like a barrel sample. Finishes with a dusty, minerally quality and excellent persistence.
