- One of the finest wines I have ever tasted. This great wine is full bodied and its very appealing to the pallet. I would highly recommend the 1961 Chateau Lynch Bages for dinner anytime. This one of the world's great wines and I want another bottle. Served with Beef Wellington or Beef Stroganov really does this meal proud. I would highly recommend it.
