Lyeth L de Lyeth Meritage 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

The award-winning Lyeth Red Meritage most often consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The inviting prelude leads to fully-developed flavors that linger on the palate in a long, silky finish. Scents of spice and vanilla are well-balanced against the assertive fruit characters. A very nice everyday wine. It pairs well with most food as it is not over powering, but it is a bit dry. I would drink it any time before 2010.
