Strawberries and blackberries on a richly, sweet nose. Licorice and chocolate in the mouth - very fruity. Medium bodied, yet simple. Finishes on black licorice. Great value for $10

The nose is very jammy, with plum and blackberry aromas. The palate is primarily blackberry jam, with a bit of oak, a bit of acid and just slightly tannic. Fairly light-bodied overall, it's got a bit of everything but could use more of it all.

Wonderful aromas of violets and spice, with bright fruit flavors of blackberries and red currants. Subtle notes of licorice and spice complement a nice touch of coffee flavor and toasty oak. Nicely balanced, with a silky texture.

Opening with luscious aromas of Bing cherry and plum, this Bordeaux blend has beautifully balanced flavors that follow. The wine is medium bodied, with round tannins and a clean finish. It is very smooth and easy drinking with black cherry fruit, plum spices and mocha, rounded out by a lush, lingering finish. Serve with lamb shanks or braised short ribs.

Wow! Rich layers of melted licorice, black currant and cherry seduce in this dark, smoldering Cab. Its medium body, soft tannins, and elegant finish make it enjoyable with or without food.

Juicy cherry, mint, herb, coffee, toasty vanilla and blackberry flavors are round and tasty, with ripe tannins that give it some stuffing. Drink now through 2006.
