- Somewhat light but pure red in color. Very appealing nose with a nice round fruit quality. Black cherry with some nice touches of mint, chocolate and minerals. Hmm, fun, and interesting. In the mouth this wine is straight forward with pure fruit and chocolate touches. Really a enjoyable flavor profile and with a structure of fine tannins, that allows for this to really come alive. Good acidity and round texture. This is a fun wine, that I would pair with a roast meat dish.
