A nice surprise for the price. Stood up very well in a tasting against a few bottles in the $20 range.
Juicy juicy hot.
One of the great weaknesses of Snooth is the disaggregation of certain wines. For example, there is no point in having a separate listing/entry for each year of this Luzon. They are all alike and that is the intention of the producer.

Coming from a tiny winery in the southeastern part of Spain, this full-throttled red is mostly Mourvdre with a tiny bit of Syrah. Spicy black plum, red currants and licorice fill the palate, and it finishes with a warm vanilla toastiness. A great introduction to Spanish reds.
