Fresh lemon and herbs, slightly spicy from the acidity, refreshing and a little bit greasy. Finishes earthy but is smooth by then despite its spiky attack.
The aroma is oily, grassy, and herbal with grapefruit. Nice coating mouthfeel with mild acidity, and definitive oregano-like herbs on the release.
Gorgeous bouquet with honied melon and citrus fruits. Slight mineral and earth. Light, refreshing and a bit effervescent, lovely.
Floral and apples on the nose. Fresh and fruity with a bit of citrus and butter on the finish. Very clean with low acidity.
