- A golden straw color with aromas of fresh figs, honeysuckle, and melon. Creamy texture surrounds flavors of pear, fig, smoke and spices such as cardamom and allspice. The wine finishes dry and long with a persistent touch of lime, ginger, and almond. The stunning 2001 Pinot Grigio offers aromas and flavors of orange marmalade intermixed with honeysuckle.
