- A charming, brilliant gold color. The bouquet is warm and welcoming, has hints of citrus and gains in complexity to reveal notes of honey and tropical fruits. Rich and fresh and with a long, generous finish and a taste of fruit that never ends.Vinification took place in stainless steel tanks. The temperature of the fermentation was rigorously controlled and the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation. 15% of the wine was aged in oak barrels for a creamy finish and full body.Try it With: Ideal served with light meats, grilled chicken or fish, or gruyere cheese. Also try it with a clambake on the beach!
