Winemaker's Notes:

With an intense purple color, this very aromatic wine displays black plum, currant and laurel aromas with a hint of chocolate. Spicy nose. A wine with a great full mouth feel, which caresses the palate deeply with its ripe and firm tannins. TECHNICAL SHEET Climate Dry, very cold winters, temperate springs, fresh summers. Big thermal temperature between night and day. Average summer temperature: 22º C and average winter temperature: 6º C. Minimum winter temperature: -6º C. Average annual rainfall: 197 mm. Soil Alluvial, clay and limestone. Abundant lime. Shallow. Subsoil of stone and pebbles. Good drainage. 1.5% west-east and 1% south-north inclination. Oak Ageing 6 months in French oak and 3 months in American oak. Yield of Vineyard 90 qq/ha 63 hlts. / ha. Grape Variety Shiraz 100%. Ageing Potential 8 years. Service Temperature Serve at 16º - 18º C. Basic Analisis Alcohol 14,90° pH 3,71 Total Acidity 4,70 g/l Residual Sugar 3,71 g/l Pairing Red meat - Hard cheese.
