Luigi Bosca Malbec D.O.C. Lujan de Cuyo Single Vineyard 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

89 points Ian D'Agata (International Wine Cellar): Good full medium red. Sexy, musky aromas of plum, coffee, truffle and nutty oak. Sweet, shapely and vinous, showing insidious intensity and cut to the flavors of currant, plum, tobacco, mint and underbrush. This rather suave wine relies as much on its acidity as on its tannins for structure. The classically dry finish features sneaky length. (Mar/Apr 2014)

Luigi Bosca’s future is challenging and is always thinking ahead. Its present is focused on the combination of daily work with the creation of new ideas. This is Bodega Luigi Bosca, this is how the Arizu family was created and this is how their history begins everyday, because their past is always a prologue to their future. Read less
