Winemaker's Notes:

This Sangiovese is the youngest born of the Luiano family of wines. It is a wine created by Antonio Palombo to reflect his daughter’s personality: young, red, Tuscan and fresh. The wine is obtained by a careful selection and vinification of Sangiovese Grapes obtained from the newly planted vineyards of the estate. It’s vinification comes from a fermentation lasting fifteen days in casks of stainless steel with a controlled temperature of about 28°. In this phase, the flavor of the grape is enhanced with an intense re-pumping activity designed to punch down the cap of pressed vines. It is a young wine that refines for twelve months in vats before being bottled. It is best consumed within two to three years of release.
