External Reviews for Luciano Sandrone Barolo Cannubi Boschis
Luciano Sandrone is one of the masters of the "moderist" movement in Piemonte and has been making world class wines for over 2 decades. 1997 was a vintage of incredibly ripe fruit and this bottling takes full advantage of this ripeness yielding a very finely knit, luscious wine with deep bing cherry and plum flavors gently tinged with tar and cocoa. A wine to enjoy on it's own.
