Very wonderful to sit and enjoy on a warm evening. Best chilled of course. Light and very sweet to the mouth.

The wine has a pink tinge to it upon pouring, but the color in the glass is a light golden color. The pink adds some interest to the wine and prepares the consumer for the sweetnss he is about to embark. The natural carbonation "tickles the nose" and intensified the flavor from the bursting bubbles in the mouth. The initial taste is extensively sweet, but not too much. The follow through lingers for a few moments, but in such a way as to make the consumer desire more. This wine would be great for a hot summer semi-formal picnic and would compliment fish that is caught and cooked fresh (must be light in flavor, not like salmon).
