I have to say that this is a delightful sparkling wine. A friend brought a case to New Years and i was surprised at its lightness and perfect balance. And then i found out the price! Holy cow, what a deal. A delicious french sparkling for a fourth of the price of a decent american sparkling! This goes well on its own or with food. I highly recommend. i just bought two cases to have on reserve. It ends up being much less expensive than my everyday whites, perhaps i'll make this my regular! Dry, but not too dry. Crisp. Nice finish. Other wines I like: Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, Moet White Star, Moet Imperial, Roderer Estate, Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, in general, i like rias biaxas albarinos, marlborough sauvignon blancs...

I have bought this sparkling wine in previous years and was happy. However, I will never buy it again as it is almost impossible to open now. I spend time and a ridiculous amount of effort to open this champagne. Do not buy it.
