Food Pairings for Louis Magnin Arbin Mondeuse Vieilles Vignes
Opened for lunch with duck. At the opening, the nose has no more timidity of youth. While not explosive, mondeuse connoisseurs are in familiar territory and are reassured about the pleasure to drink this glass. My memories at the domaine tasting of this bottle is pretty far but it seems to me that I had decided to buy it on the promise of pleasure to a closed wine in its youth. -Because I already knew the mondeuse and what is Beatrice and Louis Magnin might done with it. Still fresh red fruit on the nose, a dress always as bright and purple. In the mouth, no aggressive tannins or too young. The same fruit as nose, more civilized and supported by a nice bitterness. Maturity: Drink now According to my memories of purchase, I waited before opening this vintage. It is now timely. The aromas are not as advanced as that, which would suggest he can win again to wait.
