Good mix of red and dark fruits, some meatiness and slightly peppery. Medium bodied, flavorful with a medium, somewhat subdued finish. Okay for the price, but generally underwhelming for a cab.

I liked it. I tasted a walnut and tobacco. I liked it very much with steak, but not at ALL with some mozzarella I tried it with.

The 2008 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted from several of Sonoma Countys most prestigious appellations and blended seamlessly to bring together the unique characteristics of each, creating a superbly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Made to accentuate the hightoned, delightful fruits of Sonoma County's vineyards, the wine offers many layers, featuring aromas and flavors of red cherry, blackberry and fresh sage with an underlying dry creek dustiness. Subtle herbal notes are complemented by additional layers of chocolate and vanilla, resulting in a complex, yet easy to enjoy, wine.

This wine is cherry red, with a cool character to the fruit and light, graham cracker-scented oak to balance it. No steroids here mdash; just simple, pretty cabernet, sensibly priced.

From Sonoma comes this great fruit forward bottle of Cabernet Sauvingon. Full of spice and blackcurrants.

One of the finest bargains in California Cabernet Sauvignon must be Louis M. Martinirsquo;s outstanding 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma. The good news is there are 140,000 cases produced. Fabulously sweet aromas of black currants, licorice, and cedar soar from the glass of this medium to full-bodied wine. With silky tannins as well as surprising concentration, depth, and texture, this 2006 should drink well for 8ndash;10 years.

Elegantly styled red with red plum and black raspberry. An accessible Cabernet with lush texture and soft tannins. Alluring casis and vanilla aromas carry through on the palate to a clean, smooth finish.

Ripe and supple, offering plum and black cherry fruit thatrsquo;s elegant and polished, complex and easy-drinking. Drink now through 2013.
