We believe that Cabernet Sauvignon is the most noble of grapes. We believe that great winemaking begins with great vineyards, and we want the land to speak through our wines. Our wines express the best characteristics of Cabernet, the personality of the special places where our grapes are grown, and the vision and skill of the winemaker in blending balanced, engaging, and memorable wines.
A very nice, smoooooth-drinking cab. Good fruit, but not overly so, nice tannins. One of my favorite wines on the 'glass' list at Vino Paradiso.
I really liked this cab. Fruity and bold with nice tannins to balance the acidity. Others at dinner party liked as well. Compared with the 2003 Louis M. Martini 100% Sonoma County cabernet, this one won out hands-down. Glad I have another bottle in the cellar!
Cherry fruit with a touch of earth, and light tannins. nicely balanced and very smooth drinking. Very nice with food!
Nice cherry fruit. Was a tad too warm, but went well with BBQ chicken. Very Good - 87 points.
