Wine Tasting NotesThe wine is elegant and well-structured with delicate red and black fruits of the forest flavors and a slightly floral bouquet said to resemble violets. Accompanies all sorts of rich cuisine due to its full body and tannic grip. A traditional style Burgundy from the old school.

Winemaker's Notes:

Light licorice notes combine with aromas of blackberry, plum and quetsche. Once on the palate, this wine will fascinate with its complexity and noble tannisn. A cellaring that will reveal its true nature after five to seven years.
