RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Food Pairings for Louis Latour Domaine Latour Corton Grand Cru
Archetypically Light Burgundy Tasted March 2011 Amazingly light in color – transparent and beautiful red Light whiff of fresh strawberries. The body is juicy and ethereal. Delicious notes of cherries, diluted cranberry juice and minerals. Simple, balanced, and pleasant. Fairly dry finish lingers for some time. Overall the Burgundy is simple and pleasant but not quite satisfying. It works OK with acidic, al-fresco type dining like Tuna Nicoise. It would be particularly good for warm weather. Overall not a great value – it lost the head-to-head tasting vs. the Etude 2006. Review remains the property of C. Elliot.
