Don't overchill this one. Medium acidity and body, slight oak on nose and tinge of minerality is balanced with lemon and fruit flavors. Better as an accompaniment to food than by itself.

Wine Spectator ReviewFull and rich, with apple, anise and mineral aromas and flavors. There's also a firm spine of acidity that keeps this focused and balanced. Ends with a mouthwatering impression. Best from 2008 throigh 2016.Wine Tasting NotesA lively, nervous wine with mineral character. On the bouquet if first reveals citric aromas with lemons coming forth the most, then its secondary notes develop into greener ones, white flower ones. Perfect evolution to be enjoyed in five to ten years.
