Good deep red. Bracing aromas show noteworthy verveand purity: kirsch blackberry minerals and dark chocolate. Concentrated dense and powerful but with excellent vinosity. Medicinal black cherry mineral and chocolate flavors are joined by a leathery note on the firmly tannic finish. From a yield of 36 hectoliters per hectare which Lardiere describes as a full crop. 90 to 92 pts. Stephen Tanzer Steve Tanzer 92 points
