For as broad a range of burgundies as Jadot produces, many people do not know that they also market a small range of Chablis as well. The approach for these wines is largely the same as for their other whites, which is to say very little intervention, limited amounts of oak and long élevage. (Kobrand Corporation, New York, NY; Hatch, Mansfield Agencies, UK). Some oak spice but no where near the same dominating degree as the Teurons.
