A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault. Intense red with auburn highlights. Powerful aromas of dried black fruits, hints of pepper and cedarwood. Full and well-balanced; a rich and delicious wine. Food Pairing: Spicy dishes, game, strong cheeses, red meats. Tannic, dense and chewy, this Gigondas requires time in the glass for the flavors to emerge.
