Winemaker's Notes:

Los Vascos’s Chardonnay has a limited production. The objective is to make a fresh and delicate wine, with a harmonious and fruity bouquet. The vineyard’s own Chardonnay grapes are complemented by a selection of grapes from Casablanca valley located further north between Santiago and Valparaiso, which is renowned for its great Chardonnay production. The season 2004-2005 began with a cooler and later spring than normal and light but persistent rain contributed to lower than average temperatures by the end of spring. Summer temperatures in Colchagua and Casablanca were lower than average, which delayed the harvest for approximately two weeks in Casablanca and one week in Colchagua. This wine is bright with white gold highlights. The nose is very expressive with white fruit aromas (pears, bananas). In the mouth, the fruit is rich, persistent with a soft and large finish
