Vina Los Vascos, one of Chilersquo;s oldest wine estates, is part of the Domaine Barons do Rothchild (Lafite). The 300 hectare vineyard is located in one of the most traditional wine growing areas in Chile, the Colchgua province close to the town of Peralillo which offers a healthy microclimate for its ungrafted pre-phylloxera Bordeaux rootstock. The estate produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
A classic wine; rounded fruit with great structure shows eucalyptus and cherry on the nose. Consider this a quaffer. Medium-bodied, minerally fruit perfect for cream sauces or spicy, flavorful dishes. A very versatile wine.
Concentrated cassis and plum flavors, firm tannins with ripe varietal character and good balance. A consistent award winner!
The perfect wine for barbecued steaks and burgers this summer! Made in Chile by Lafite-Rothschild, this is an elegantly styled Cabernet with lush currant and accents of earth and tobacco.
