Winemakers Notes

Notes on the Longoria Albarino Clover Creek Vineyard Santa Ynez Valley 2006 : NVWE NOTES: Immediately engaging and somewhat exotic, the aromas of this lovely Albarino integrate fresh pear, lemon blossom, nut husk and mineral scents in a bright but soft-edged harmony. Had this With a lobster dinner. Made a great accompaniment. Not a light fruity wine at all. Lots of complexity, with a creamy touch t oit. Fruit is there, but sings background. Very good.
