Just about good enough to take to inspiration point when you're 18 and possibly don't know any better. Might be fine for cooking as well.
The scent of cloves is obvious at first but tones of cherry and lavender can be detected as well. The clove comes through on the palate mixed with spice and earthiness(in a good way). In my opinion, a good wine for the price and it would be a great find if it were a few dollars less expensive (purchased locally at 16.00).
One of the finest Pinot Noir I've enjoyed in a long time. Maybe it was the occasion or the moment, but I will definitely enjoy again.

As the wine unfolds, it offers flavors of dried cranberry, black tea and toasted French oak. A burst of red fruit complements the middle palate and the wine finishes with balanced tannin. Our Pinot Noir pairs well with seasonal salmon and herb roasted duck.
