This wine has been aged for 18 months in oak and for an additional 18 months in bottle resulting in a sweet, soft and weighty palate with a good balance of acidity and sugar. Its finish has fruity sensations of dried fruit, candied orange peel, apricot, fig, honey, along with flowery notes of broom and lime blossom.
