Lis Neris Chardonnay 2010
In Friuli more than two centuries of Austro-Hungarian Empire have deeply influenced the local culture and the wine philosophy. As a matter of fact, to these days the wines still carry the name of the grape they come from. Our traditional wines express this philosophy with simplicity and naturalness. The grapes are sourced from our younger vineyards and fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
