- poppoed and poured. my first 04 chablis- this had considerable evolution in the glass- it is wound tight as a drum with some initially stones and iodine on the nose- the palate was all structure. It opens up to terrific wax and more sea salt notes with good persistence. At $24 worth buying in bulk.
